Sign up instructions

1. Click the "Membership" tab
2. Click "Subscribe"
3. Fill in payment info (Paypal or Credit Card)
4. Retrieve user name & password from your email inbox
5. From the PMF homepage, click the "membership" tab
6. Enter user name & password
7. Print temporary membership card
8. Your permanent membership card will arrive in the mail.
